To qualify for Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning, the home must be completely vacant and ready for cleaning.
- Remove all furniture, boxes, clothes, trash, food, and personal belongings
- Empty the refrigerator, oven, all cabinets, drawers, and closets
- Make sure water and electricity are working
- Provide access instructions, parking details, and a toilet brush for a vacant property
- Report unusual debris, pests, smoke residue, or damage during the estimate

Does the home need to be completely empty?

Can I book Move-Out Cleaning while I still live there?
No. If the property is still occupied, ask us about Deep Cleaning instead. Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning requires the home to be empty.
Do I need to leave utilities on?
Yes. Running water and electricity are necessary for normal cleaning. Let us know immediately if either is unavailable.
Do you remove leftover belongings or trash?
No. We do not move furniture, haul trash, unpack, or organize belongings. Please complete those tasks before the appointment.
