Frequently asked questions

Choosing the right cleaning service.

What's the difference between Deep Cleaning and Maintenance Cleaning?

Deep Cleaning is a detailed reset for a lived-in home or the first visit before recurring service. Maintenance Cleaning is routine upkeep for a lived-in home after that baseline has been established.

Does a home need to be empty for Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning?

Yes. The property must be fully empty. Empty cabinets, drawers, refrigerator, and oven interiors before we arrive.

Do you clean offices and other commercial facilities?

Yes. We clean offices, retail spaces, common areas, and other commercial facilities. Commercial frequency and tasks are tailored to an approved proposal.

Do you handle post-construction projects?

Yes. We offer final cleaning for finished new-build and renovation projects based on the approved scope. Bulk debris hauling and hazardous cleanup aren't included.

What is needed to confirm a residential booking?

A card on file is required to confirm a booking. A preauthorization is typically placed approximately 24 hours before cleaning, and the final charge is processed after the service.
