Deep Cleaning (REQUIRED before maintenance cleaning)

- Cleaning stove grates and the fronts of cabinets
- Cleaning light fixtures and ceiling fan blades (when taken down by client)
Maintenance Cleaning
Focus: Routine Upkeep and Surface Cleaning
- Dusting all horizontal surfaces, knickknacks, and furniture
- Vacuuming carpets and mopping hard floors
- Cleaning entire toilets, showers, sinks, and countertops
- Cleaning stovetops, the front of the oven, and tabletops
- Cleaning the front of the fridge (where free of magnets/pictures/etc.)
- Cleaning the inside/outside of the microwave
- Feather dusting for light fixtures and ceiling fans (Deep cleaning requires client to take them down)
Exclusions:
No deep scrubbing, no cleaning of baseboards, doors, or inside cabinets.
Move In & Out Cleaning
Focus: Empty Home & Transition Cleaning
- Cleaning all surfaces and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens
- Vacuuming, mopping, and removing all dust and debris
- Cleaning inside all cabinets, drawers, and closets in all rooms (kitchen, bath, bed, laundry)
- Cleaning inside oven and inside fridge
- Includes all Deep Cleaning details (baseboards, doors, trim, spot cleaning walls)
- Addresses any specific cleaning concerns
- Cleaning of light fixtures and ceiling fan blades (when taken down by client)

- Areas cluttered beyond what was agreed upon
- Carpet or upholstery shampooing
- Cleaning pet bowls, mats, or litter boxes
- Bodily fluids or pet waste cleanup
- Window cleaning exclusions:
- Clean blinds beyond light dusting
- Open windows to clean tracks
- Remove or reinstall screens (customers must remove screens if they want them cleaned)
- Ceiling or light fixture cleaning unless the item is removed by the customer
- Unclogging drains or changing light bulbs
- Climbing ladders over 4 feet
- Moving heavy furniture or appliances
- Cleaning inside washers, dryers, or dishwashers
- Removing adhesive or shelf liners
- Full wall washing (only spot cleaning around switches and knobs is performed)
