The current rewards program is designed for recurring residential Peoria Cleaning Pros clients.

You earn 10 points for each completed recurring cleaning.

You can begin redeeming rewards once you reach 250 points. You may redeem at an available reward level or continue saving your points for a larger reward.

Any points not used for your reward remain in your balance. For example, if you have 300 points and redeem 250 points for a $25 reward, your remaining 50 points stay in your account.

Available reward options include Amazon, Walmart, Target, and Peoria Cleaning Pros gift cards.

When you refer someone who has never previously used Peoria Cleaning Pros, you receive 25 points after their first completed cleaning, another 25 points after their third completed cleaning, and another 50 points after their sixth completed cleaning. The maximum referral reward is 100 points.

Yes. A qualifying new referred customer receives 25 bonus points after their first completed cleaning.

Yes. You can earn 50 points for a Google review and 25 points for a Facebook review. Each review reward is available one time per account.

Your membership level is based on how long you have been a recurring client. Rewards Member is less than one year, Bronze begins at one year, Silver begins at two years, and Gold begins at three years.

Eligible members may receive one birthday bonus per account each year. You may provide the birthday of the primary account holder or one designated household member. Only the month and day are needed.
