How It Works
Recurring customers earn rewards for activities such as:
- Completed cleanings
- Customer referrals
- Sharing feedback about their experience
- Birthdays
- Customer anniversaries
Rewards can be redeemed for gift cards, and members may receive additional bonuses and special promotions throughout the year.
Membership Levels
Member
All recurring customers begin as Members and start earning rewards immediately.
Bronze Member
After one year as a recurring customer, you’ll unlock Bronze status and receive additional loyalty benefits.
Silver Member
After two years as a recurring customer, you’ll unlock Silver status and receive enhanced loyalty benefits, including priority consideration for schedule changes.
Gold Member
After three years as a recurring customer, you’ll unlock Gold status and enjoy our highest level of loyalty recognition and rewards.
