Yesterday marked a special milestone for Peoria Cleaning Pros: Helen officially celebrated one year with us.

If you’ve ever scheduled a cleaning, asked a question, needed to make a change to an appointment, or received a follow-up from our team, there’s a good chance Helen has helped somewhere along the way.

A lot happens behind the scenes of a cleaning business, and over the past year, Helen has become an important part of keeping all of those moving pieces organized.

From Helping Behind the Scenes to Operations Manager

When Helen first joined Peoria Cleaning Pros, she came on to help with the administrative side of the business and answering phones.

As the company grew, so did her responsibilities.

Over the past year, she has learned our systems, gotten to know our customers, helped coordinate cleaning appointments, communicated with cleaners, followed up on inquiries, handled scheduling changes, and helped keep track of the endless little details that come with running a busy service business.

Today, Helen serves as our Operations Manager, and that title reflects just how much her role has grown.

She helps make sure the day-to-day pieces of the business keep moving so that our customers and cleaning partners have the information and support they need.

The Work Customers Don’t Always See

When a cleaning appointment goes smoothly, it may look simple from the outside.

But behind every appointment are schedules to coordinate, customer notes to review, cleaner availability to confirm, questions to answer, reminders to send, and sometimes last-minute changes that have to be worked out quickly.

Helen helps manage many of those details.

She is often the person making sure information gets to the right place, following up when something needs attention, and helping us stay organized when the schedule gets busy.

That work may happen behind the scenes, but it makes a very real difference.

Growing Alongside Peoria Cleaning Pros

Peoria Cleaning Pros has grown significantly over the past year, serving more residential and commercial clients throughout the Peoria, Illinois area.

Growth is exciting, but it also means more moving parts.

More appointments. More communication. More schedules. More questions. And occasionally . . . more unexpected problems to solve.

Helen has been here through all of it.

She has adapted as our systems have changed, taken on more responsibility, and become someone we rely on every day.

For a small business, having someone who cares about the details and understands how everything fits together is incredibly valuable.
